I need Advice
I am thinking about this house, even though it was built in 1950 and only has one bathroom. Also, it has small closet space. However, it has a basement and I am contemplating painting the basement and putting in new flooring and turning it into a lavish wardrobe. A walk in closet, if you will. Just, you know, the size of a basement. Because chances are my roommates will want more space too.

I think it's cute. It looks like it needs a bit of work, though, but you could make it really cute! Gosh, it looks like the backyard is bigger than the house haha
